    You made it to day 4! Flow through Sun Salutations A & B and begin to add on standing poses. Relax with a seated meditation.

    Day 3 and you are on a roll! Today Adrienne will introduce you to another cornerstone yoga sequence called Sun Salutation B. You will do a quick review of the basics you have already learned and then add on to your knowledge. End your practice with a happiness focused meditation

    Half way done! Find your balance with Adrienne as you continue to build on your yoga knowledge. Get ready to wiggle, wobble, and fail fabulously

    Episode 7

    Flip your perspective and lean into the beauty beginner's mind by exploring crow pose. Adrienne will show you that inversions are not something to be afraid of and are a wonderful addition to your practice. Roll out your mat and be prepared to tumble around and have fun!

    Episode 8

    You've made it over the hump! Welcome to Day 8 which is a hip flow with Adrienne. Today you will be introduced to a new poses (or asanas) designed to open your hips while building on what you've already learned.

    Episode 9

    Day 10! You're in the home stretch! Twist and fold your way through today's practice. No props required but you can always use a block if you need it.

    Happy Day 9! Today you will be introduced to movements that strengthen your spine while continuing to build on what you have already learned. Get ready to move!

    You are so close to the finish line! It's Day 11 and today's flow is focused on opening your heart. Feel energized while building on what you have learned in the previous classes.

    Episode 12

    Day 12! Today Adrienne will introduce you to restorative yoga. Stretch your muscles while you flow and then rest your body in restorative poses. You will need a wall, one bolster/pillow, and two blocks.

    Congratulations! You have made it to Day 14! Reward your hard work with a delicious meditation. Adrienne will lead to a place of relaxation and help you feel rested and ready to start the next step in your yoga journey.
