This series features workouts done with mini-bands and is led by personal trainer and yoga teacher, Jess Spence! The entire series can be done without mini-bands as well. What's so great about this piece of equipment is that it is inexpensive and portable, ensuring you can take your strengthening workouts everywhere! Bands are highly effective for stimulating stabilizing muscles while simultaneously allowing you to build muscle through body weight movements that turn on your big burner muscles too.
