This Movement & Mindfulness series led by Yoga Teacher and Kids & Teen Movement Expert, Adrienne Smith, will introduce healthy, challenging, and personally rewarding yoga and exercise that is empowering, calming, and offers insights into building a positive sense of self for Teens and Tweens.
