In honor of Purple Day, also known as Epilepsy Awareness Day, Hannah Pintea is leading a FREE workout (so invite your friend!)
Epilepsy is a condition that came into Hannah's life. Her zest for life, and motivating personality is not only what makes her an incredibly trainer, those are also qualities that make her an incredible warrior as she navigates life with Epilepsy. National Epilepsy Day is an opportunity to not only educate the public about brain disorders, it is also an opportunity to release the fear and stigma surrounding it. Incredibly people, like Hannah, live with Epilepsy, and through breakthroughs in medicine and research more is learned everyday about how help people living with Epilepsy thrive!

30 MINUTES - Conditioning class will focus on building strong, stable shoulders and upper back for happier flows and better posture! You'll balance out your upper body with dumbbell and body-weight moves. By the end of class you'll feel a little stronger, and stand a little taller.
