Great question Brigitte! I was hoping to find something similar to the 30 day challenge when I signed up. I have been going through the other videos, and really appreciate the variety and opportunity to try some new things in the mean time. I actually have a few ideas of what to do with hand weights now.
Hey Crystal! Have you gone through the Daily Dose and Get Fit Series? I recommend alternating between them. There's a little bit of overlap, but combined those series will get you through another month of great mat-based practices! If you really want to spice it up, throw in some of Jess's 15 minute workouts!
