I really appreciate the warmups and stretches at the beginning of each video! I feel like they help me avoid being the wrong kind of sore the next day.
Are there any videos dedicated warms up and stretches? I am specifically looking for something that might help me before going for a run/walk?
Awesome! We have some chill flows and the myo-flows with Evelyn are great for stretching out after a workout. But if you are looking for pre-run warm-ups, you're in luck! We'll be launching a runner's program later this Spring!
I just finished the moving meditation series, and it was everything I wanted and more. I did not want to do burpees, but I did, and I am glad I did. What? I am certainly better for it. Thank you so much Julia, I plan on revisiting these workouts and stretches frequently!
