Hannah (Kaye) Pintea is a Chicago-based Master Trainer with a background in Yoga, Personal Training and Group Fitness. For over a decade Hannah has been leading fitness classes, guiding Yoga, and leading training teams. Hannah knows first-hand the power of mindset, attitude, and having a supportive team in your corner when the going gets tough. An epilepsy warrior who leaned on her rituals of fitness and mindfulness as part of her hearing journey, she shares her story and her expertise with everyone who could use not only a kick-butt workout, but a compassionate and motivational coach leading them through.
