Bounce is here to guide you through a mat pilates challenges that builds a burn!
This series will bring you through classic mat pilates moves along with some of Bounce's own signature burners. You'll develop deep core stabilization, turn on and strengthen your glutes, rock your arms and legs, and feel like a total POWERHOUSE when you're done.
You can use equipment to kick it up a notch, but equipment is not required.
It's time to tone your arms and rock your core with Bounce. In Day 3, you will continue to fire up your core while adding your arms. For todays class you will need a pilates ring or pillow (Bounce has even used a stuffed animal!).
