This series introduces prenatal modifications to power yoga classes as well as exercises to support a strong body during pregnancy and birth. Suzie Mills is a yoga instructor, fitness trainer and mom to two.

With content collaboration of a labor and delivery nurse and extensive consultation with her own midwife and doulas, Suzie developed the popular Prenatal Yoga and Mommy & Me series for Honest Soul Yoga studios along with the prenatal curriculum taught in Practice Everywhere's 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Now the empowering essence of that curriculum is offered here in Suzie's Strong Mama series!
