Day 3 and you are on a roll! Today Adrienne will introduce you to another cornerstone yoga sequence called Sun Salutation B. You will do a quick review of the basics you have already learned and then add on to your knowledge. End your practice with a happiness focused meditation
You made it to day 4! Flow through Sun Salutations A & B and begin to add on standing poses. Relax with a seated meditation.
