Good form NEVER goes out of style, and no matter your current fitness level - beginner to advanced - this workout will help you hone in on two key factors of building a strong body: Good Form & Muscular Balance.
After a warm-up to prepare you for work you’ll tackle a reps & sets workout switching between exercises that stimulate muscle fibers that push and muscle fibers that pull. Jess will keep your brain and body moving throughout building balance between these two foundational elements of strength.
Dumbbells recommended.
